Who you are dealing with
WellPawed is run by Josh Elgram, sole trader, Southampton, UK. The site is wellpawed.co.uk. Email hello@wellpawed.co.uk. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have as a UK consumer.
The site is a catalogue
You can browse listings and save a basket in this browser. You cannot pay. The Pay control on checkout stays off until a real payment provider is connected. Adding something to the basket is not an order and it does not reserve stock. We do not show stock counts.
Placeholder listings
Listings marked placeholder have details to be confirmed, including materials, measurements and the figure shown as a price. Do not treat a placeholder price as a confirmed shelf price. When a listing is real, the page will say so and drop the badge.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is described on the Shipping page. Returns and cancellation rights are described on the Returns page. Those pages are part of the information we give you. Where they say to be confirmed, that unknown is deliberate.
When orders eventually open
How a contract is formed, when you are charged, and who the supplier of record is are to be confirmed before the Pay button is enabled. Nothing in the current checkout creates a contract.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or present placeholder copy as a confirmed product claim. The tools are checklists, not veterinary advice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Any other limit is to be confirmed in the reviewed version of these terms. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are untouched.
